Floating boat pool

Go directly to the "badboot" link

Antwerp's new luxury "movable" floating swimming pool. The bathing boat is 120 meters long and should have a capacity of up to 600 people. In wintertime the pool will be used for ice skating.. can you imagine! The badboat was designed by architect Pieter Peerlings and Silvia Mertens!.Sculp (IT) architecten.

Grant opening is one of these days....

Where is the cat?

I tried to make one of the animal kites of Steffi Rauchwarter. The kids loved this cat-kite. It was one of the big hits at the workshop in Sola.

Inspiration

Where it al started

This plan was based on an interpretation of the Bell kite made by Batoco Barriletes of Argentina

I am working on a 20 cell tetrahedral (Bell) kite for an exhibition in the palace of justice. With a little imagination, I hope you can see the similarity between the kite and the building.

Circoflex

I changed today the 12-2-1 bridle into 12-1 bridle system. Hopefully that's gone help to get away from the egg shape.
