Lillo

It was a beautiful afternoon, together with Frank in Lillo.  Very strange wind conditions today. On the ground we had the impression that we had the perfect wind (12km/h), once higher the wind dropped to almost 0.   Anyway, a few shots of  landscape patterns that I liked.

Stairway to heaven

Floating staircase, called the Vlooybergtoren in Tielt Winge made of stainless Corten steel, the color refers to the iron sandstone heritage.   Over 20 meters long and 11 meters high.
The lookout staircase is implanted in one of the highest locations (± 80 m) of the Hageland.
In clear weather you can see from the tower the cooling towers of Electrabel in Vilvoorde and the shafts of the Limburg coal mines in the east.    Ofcourse I can see much more with my KAP  ;-)

Katoen Natie

Taking 180° aerial pictures with a kite hanging 50 meter above the  Katoen Natie in the harbor of Antwerp. A beautiful building with a lot of interesting art  just near the main building (hard to see in the picture). Maybe you can notice the solar panels on the roof of the warehouses.
