Floating staircase, called the Vlooybergtoren in Tielt Winge made of stainless Corten steel, the color refers to the iron sandstone heritage. Over 20 meters long and 11 meters high.
The lookout staircase is implanted in one of the highest locations (± 80 m) of the Hageland.
In clear weather you can see from the tower the cooling towers of Electrabel in Vilvoorde and the shafts of the Limburg coal mines in the east. Ofcourse I can see much more with my KAP ;-)
